Privacy

Trees and feeds are never public. A user can read tree members only if they have a check-in for that tree's event, or they are organizer or staff.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, RSVP answers, ticket records, and door check-ins. Gender is stored for room balance and is not shown on profiles.

What we do not store

We do not photograph or retain government ID documents. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, never by Shelby.

Marketing consent

Platform-wide messages require a consent_marketing flag set at signup, plus an unsubscribe path, before any mass send.
